| Worst campground ever
Since one star is the lowest I could give, there you go. They say they are big rig friendly, they're not. We were unable to connect our sewer hose because it is just a cut off piece of pipe. Cable tv is just a rat's nest of cabling that does not work. The park itself was difficult to pull in and located in the seedy gritty industrial part of town. Power post is more than 30 ft away from where we hook up. Don't even bother staying for an overnight. Listen to the ratings, folks. They are spot on.
| Worst campground in Casper Wyoming
On June 23, 2015 at 6:30 in the evening I called the Casper East RV Park & Campground to find out if I could get a camp spot for the following evening. The woman that answered the phone said that she was not at the campground and she would have her daughter call me back later to let me know camp status. Later that evening the same woman called me back and said that camp spots were available and to just come on in. Today, June 24, 2015 when I arrived at the camp ground I was told that there were no sites available and that she, the woman in charge, said that she had not talked to me about campsites. My cell phone has a record of the calls and she still says that she did not call me. She lied to me about the camp sites and about making the phone calls. I would "not" recommend this campground to anyone and furthermore I would say to avoid this campground if at all possible because you do not know what to expect other than someone who lies to you about the campground. If I could take stars away on the recommendation site I would remove all stars and add some zeros.
| Mislead
Don't be fooled by the pictures. It says big rigs, NOT SO, very tight and crowded. It's right next to the interstate and we have a panoramic view of warehouses. The staff was very nice. This place was extremely misleading .
