Lots are so close that I couldn't even open my awning. Both fishing ponds were closed for repairs(?), Pool was some what dirty, Horeshoes/Playground/fields - all overgrown with weed and grass. There is a restaurant in the park that's not operating. The near by town, St. Martinville, is the same way. So much potential, but it's a do nothing town. The old guy that runs this park is nice. That's about it.
