We where there for only one night. Water, hot shower, clean and safe. In an beautiful nature. You need more? Large Places and many, many cactus. Go there again
If you want to camp around the large cacti, this is the place. A beautiful camping area with very clean bathrooms, water and electric on site. Take a short hike to the Clay Mine then go on up the trail and fine the old rusty tin cans left by the miners many yrs ago. Be sure to check out the visitors center. It's very nice for a small park.
Lots of space between camp sites. Hot showers, hiking, special events and for Halloween great things for the kids. Even stargazing with huge telescopes. 3rd year here. Friendly volunteers at the nature center who give great advice on hiking and where the best places to eat.
