Reviews for Cedar Glen RV

| Good base camp for exploring the area.

Not much for kids to do here. The ones we saw enjoyed sitting and lying on the two speed humps in the center of the park. One oddity is that the office is across a very busy highway. However, if you make reservations--necessary in summer--your registration packet is clipped to your site number post and the host will get you registered. No need to risk crossing the road. It is a short drive into Poulsbo and to the Bainbridge Island bridge and on to the Seattle ferry. Enterprise has a car rental office in Poulsbo. A berm between the road and the campground blocked most of the traffic noise for us.

| Love it here. Green space, great host & mgt. Couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Just not an abundance of amenities we can do without.

There are not a lot of choices in this area however, Cedar Glen is a nice park with very pleasant and professional camp hosts. The only negative is the very busy highway. All you need is close at hand.

Grounds are nice, things are clean, not much for a pet area, staff are very friendly. Highway traffic noise starts around 5am so don't plan on sleeping in. RV Parky claims its 12 miles from Port Orchard , don't believe it. It's more like 27. Not many choices in this area, but will definitely look for something quieter.

We tried to stay here last year but couldn't get in however lucky this year. Totally surprised when I arrived. Great large spaces and extremely easy to back in. Even though the highway is just in back of us it certainly didn't affect our sleep in anyway. Extremely glad that we were able to get in to this park and with any luck would love to be here next year. Extremely happy with this park. Camp Host real helpful!
