This park calls itself a resort but not that by a long shot. It does have a nice location on marsh with nearby beach and right at the ferry to Ocracoke. The entire park is soft sand with heavy ruts. While there watched a driver try to back a small trailer into adjacent site, ended up burying back tires to the axle, fortunately another camper with large truck was able to get him out. The 20, 30, 50 electric looked new and was good, only few sites have sewer and the water was yellow and smelled terrible. Fortunately I had enough water in tank that I did not have to use park water
