The charge is $48 per night. Nice level pad with TV and all the hookups But internet was not working. Reportedly a routine problem. Clean grounds but for the price nothing special.

I gave them a 5 star when we arrived, but Internet out for a day. Our site was under tree so satellite didn't work. They do have cable but we dont. Asked to move to one of the 7 spots that were open with no trees. Office said none were available. Went to clubhouse to watch superbowl and news. TV sound goes out so have to turn off tv and turn back on. Morning exercises and Monday night Bingo with friendly RVers. A lot of long time folks. Some own lots. They are expanding. average out to 4 star.

The place is orderly and clean plenty of room to have your own space between others. The full timers don't have junk hanging around their area and is well kept. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

We were forced to cancel and informed them 60 days prior to checkin. They will not refund our deposit - they will keep our money instead and they now can rent our spot out as well . Good deal for them - not so much for us!

Was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Very pleasant manager who gave us a lot of information. We were in site 13 and were amazed at space between sites.

One of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed in. Made with big rigs in mind. Washer dryer, pool, good wifi, large meeting room. Close to state parks.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever been to. Very well taken care of, quiet, level concrete pads, beautifully landscaped, and the few full-timers keep their properties looking well taken care of (not junky!). And everyone was so nice too. We will definitely be back!

Great place. Lots of room and a very helpful manager. This is one of the best places we ve ever stayed. I would give this place six stars if that was possible. This park is at the top of our list.

Very nice park, fantastic manager and staff , but Major water problems. When the water is working, it stinks! Was there 4 days, & it felt like 3 days to long!!! Water is off, as much as its on.

We stayed two nights on are way too Zephyrhills we loved it it s a very clean park and friendly campers

Pros: amazingly nice and friendly staff, wide and spacious lots, only about 10 miles to Cedar Key Cons: water has high iron content and it smells, laundry facilities are pretty rough ( cold wash only), wifi is spotty, lots of ants Overall this is a fairly nice resort, but is showing its age.
