Awful bug problem. Could not wait to get out of there. Park was fun for the kids.
We spent all day at the park so can't really say that we enjoyed the rv park. It was definitely an older park with NO sewer connections or water. The price was astronomical if you factor these things. There is another updated side of the park, but that was outrageous too. Sites were level so we were happy.
The other review about the bugs were correct. The moment we pulled up, you could see a plume of mayflies? I think thats what they were called. First, the rates were crazy high for what they offered. $70 for just 30 amps?? No water or sewer. That side was $100!!! Park was poorly designed so people were trampling thru your campsite to get to bathhouse, (which was awful also)amusement park, pool etc..We had a lot of fun at Cedar Point. Cant figure out why the crummy rv park. The bugs were GOD AWFUL. One bathouse for about 100 sites. The womens had one broken shower, which made the wait like 20 mins each. Go stay somewhere else for this kind of money.
Park was very clean, walking distance to get in. Shuttles will drop you off and pick up almost at your camper. Pool was a filthy mess and closed most of our 4 days there and hot never was clean enough to use. Expensive for what you get but the kids loved it. We will be back.
Concrete pads, great CG, early entry into the park!
Just asked at the front desk at this park what an RV spot was. The answer: $114.00. Ouch.
I give it 4 stars because it's pricy. We paid $130ish with tax per one night BUT you get what you pay for :) It's the nicest one I've stayed at yet. I love the trees in between each RV spot because provides privacy.
All sites are level, have good access, a concrete pad, clean picnic table and charcoal grill. Bath facilities are clean. There is a beautiful large pool as well as a hot tub. Very nice camp store. A great place to stay and you can walk into Cedar Point. Camper Villiage is often filled and be prepared for sticker shock.
