| Inexpensive and it shows..
Stayed here overnight as we were passing through. $35 and night $35 a night or full hookup on a large trailer. There are a few shade trees but the entire lot is gravel. I did hear the trains people speak of but they are off in the distance and did not disturb me at night. There is a pool here, and RV guests can have a continental breakfast for around $4. No Wi-Fi. Pet friendly. Also, this RV park is in the parking lot of Cedar in, a hotel. So the good thing about that is you can check in at any hour there's always somebody at the front desk

Close to I90. RV area next to semi truck parking. Kind of noisy. Sewer hookups in center of spot. Too far away for my travel trailer. Will have to pull forward and dump tanks before we leave. Some sites are really short. If your unhooking your trailer they would be fine. Pretty good shade. Worked for overnight.
Didn't notice any noise issues... lots of shade... not too busy when we were there... it's a 'park in any spot' place... we just had to line up with hookups... good passing through the area stop.
