Nice lake. A bit dated facilities/grounds. Old playground. No free wifi. Probably wouldn't stay again.
Nothing has been kept up, if something is broken it's pieces and parted together. No money goes back into this place, it could be something great. It's sad to see this place going down hill so fast.
Pulled in around 4 pm to tattered flags and general unkept facility. It looks like many people live on site, a few flying rebel flags off their trailers. But it was inexpensive and we just needed some electric and water for the night. The office was closed so I called the number on the door. A man let me know water was not working and he would be to the office soon. A lady pulled up and said she could get me registered but again let me know they were having problems with the water. We were simply looking for a place to plug in overnight and didn t need water although we picked the place because it provided water and I was planning on flushing my tanks in the morning. I politely asked with a smile on my face if there was a discount they could offer since there would be no water. She said I d have to ask the man who had shown up looking bothered at my presence. I then asked about the water, and he said there would be no water, I again asked in a friendly, light and joking way if there was a discount they could offer and the man gruffly opened the door and gestured for me to leave. It took me a second to register what was going on, I then asked if he was showing me the door. He huffed something about being hassled and said there was a camp down the street. I never write reviews but felt so disrespected by the staff I felt I had to warn others. Hopefully the owner of this facility comes across this and makes some changes.
