and the Hosts answered!!!!! Was travelling through the area and needed a place to stop for the night (without reservations). Called 'the other guys' first... said they were full up - no vacancy for me. Called Chapman Creek RV Park and one of the hosts, Julie, said they had a pull through site available, asked when I thought I might get there and Dennis and Julie MET ME AT THE OFFICE as I pulled in at 11:00! They were very friendly and most accommodating. Dennis led me to my site and made sure my hookups were connected properly. The office and especially the bathrooms were immaculately clean, probably the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen at a campground! Placed me right under the Wi-Fi transmitter so I had no problems connecting. But as this is an 'intimate' (or smaller) RV park, I doubt you would have trouble connecting from anywhere in the park. This is the FIRST, and so far only, five star review I have ever given... but it is very well deserved!

Newly opened Memorial Day. This camp provides flat sites of grass and gravel. Each spot has two trees ,the trees are young so no shade yet, but in a couple of years they will provide great shade to each site. There is a playground, a basketball hoop and a walking trail at The back of the property, but we didnt get around to using it. The hosts Dennis and Jackie are awesome. Friendly and helpful Jackie keeps the game room, which has board games and DISH TV immaculate. As well as the shower/bath area. We've been traveling across country and have stayed at several rv parks and usually I have something I dislike aboit th all but I truly can't think of a single thing I didn't like (except the heat and they can't control that unfortunately ).

Dennis and Julie are wonderful hosts. Dennis guides to site and is very helpful. Julie provided tourist info on garden of eden, homemade pies in wilson and other attractions in the area. Park very clean and newly established. Had no problem leveling or parking a 5th wheel rv. Granted it is close to the I 70 exit however my and I slept very well at night.
