I wouldn't really say we got value here. The kids loved the water park, but it was a little pricey for being a camper here. I would suggest you get a spot away from the water park unless you want a bunch of people trampling thru your spot to get from one water park to the other. The restrooms were nice and well maintained. Close to shopping and other restaurants.

This is a really cool park with tons to do. It's mostly geared around a water park with the focus being for families. The sites are a little unkept and very close together. Would stay again.

Surprised!

We called just looking form So Utah for an over night place to stay. When we rolled in we were pleasantly suppressed. We were looking for a place to burn off energy for our three boys and had no idea what to expect. We are not from the area.
The park was clean, full hook ups, a d lots of places to park extra cars. There was a little store, an amazing fresh baked pie store, and activities. Lots of trees, but still bring some shade (the sun is hot). The staff was nice and helpful. For how many people there were the place was quiet and people were respectful.
There was everything! For $20 each there was a full day of fun, they have water slides and pools, lazy rivers, a splash pad. Bring water floatations for little guys, but if you forget, they have an over priced shop to get small things. There was mini golf, and on Friday and Saturday nights they have a free concert from a local garage band.
We were only going to book for one night and press to the next destination, but decided on staying for an extra night.
Our only complaint was leveling the rv. There were some slips on concrete and others on grass. We were in grass and new to the rv system. So for us leveling her out was a bit of a challenge because of the grass. I still think the place should have 5 stars in review. We would defiantly come back some time.

This campground is tied to a local water park and we arrived at the very end of the season (last weekend for the water park). The roads leading to and from your site are very narrow but easy enough to get around. The sites are very long with plenty of room for your RV and toad. We requested a satellite friendly site but were parked under a tree. We were moved 2 sites down and all was well. It's just a bit frustrating to have to do everything twice to get the site you requested in the first place.
The sites are wide so you have plenty of room to spread your wings.

This place needs some work
By user-6472529... on 2018-07-06.
There are some irregularities the management needs to deal with here. First, the charges per night increase if you use more services - power only is one rate, power and water is a higher trays, power and water and sewer is even higher yet. Next, not all sites are level. Then, some sites have adjoining power stations - the even numbered space may have the traditional power on left position ( normal for R Vs, while the odd numbered space next door shares the power source so the traditional cord must reach UNDER the coach to connect. That is SILLY and inconvenient. The rates compare with other similar parks - except for those charges for services - and are not so reasonable considering what you have to put up with. Some pullthru sites are long and some are too short. Some site are rough dirt and gravel while others are improved and worth the fees. There are large grassy spaces, which could be nice if the grass was cut and not more than 8 inches deep. There are SERIOUS ISSUES of tripping and injury because hidden in some of that long grass are holes to step into, trip over, or even experience foot or ankle injuries. The many trees are nice until the slide outs on your R V cannot open because of their placement, or you cannot open the awning because of where the trees are placed on the space. The roads are too narrow and make driving and parking difficult. Trash cans are just not available - you just have to find a random dumpster or take it home with you. The toilets seem clean and well maintained. That is a plus. The office staff seems friendly. There are nice picnic tables everywhere. The park is relatively quiet and peaceful. We would not be willing to return.

Ever heard of ADA access for handicapped?
By user-6472529... on 2018-07-06.
Toilets are not only out of some supplies, but there are NO HANDICAPPED facilities there. Isn’t that a violation of Federal law?

This place was teeming with people. They really pack you in, but it felt safe and full of energy. Our spot had full hookups but we had grass! The water park was a bit less spectacular than we were expecting but still had enough to keep our kids fully entertained. Shower facilities were too small and need a bit of work. Overall could use some maintenance, but it had a great family atmosphere.

To expand water park, they have removed larger sites. Access is very tight and sites are very close together, resulted in damage to trailer roof from overhanging tree. As an added bonus, the sewer connection was located under trailer. After having stayed here for 3 yesrs, will not return.

Visiting family and this was perfect location. Clean, quiet, safe and all accommodations. Camping spots were level and each had grass. Staff very friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend%
