First off all, for seasonal campers, they are packed in like sardines. There is approximately 15 feet between campers. There is no limit on vehicles per camper or cabin. Yesterday and today, the cabins below us had there car stereo so loud you could feel the bass in your chest and you could hear each other in your RV if you were talking. Their booklet states NO LOUD music of any kind at anytime and any infraction of that, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Well, some kind soul spared us the call and camp admin camp. The people were asked nicely first by a neighbor to please turn done the music. The man playing the music got mad and turned it up. Camp admin showed up, he was charged at by the man playing the loud music and the police arrived. After 30 minutes of discussion, the police and camp admin left. The people in the cabins have remained. To aggravate the rest of us, they let their car alarm go off for approx 5 minutes. We will not return here and the people next to us said they would never return again, either. If you are going to have rules, you should enforce them.

Kinda decided last minute to go over Labor Day weekend, Saturday and Sunday nights. Called to make reservations and requested a full hook up site, water electric and sewer. Arrived Saturday to find the site has water and electric only. Went to office and was switched to another site that had all three. As large as this campground is I was surprised to find out there is no cable. I could also not pickup any broadcast channels. Some will say you are camping not there to watch TV, but when it's rainy and wet it would be nice. The site was spacious and mostly level, but trees along the road made positioning the camper slightly challenging. The children's playground was limited. No pool, but you have Lake Anna with a swim area. No camp organized activities for kids. No trash collection, you have to take it to dumpsters below the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was slightly unruly with people yelling and loud vehicles until late in the night. There was also a lot of road noise from Route 522. Not sure if I will be back or not.

This was our first time camping in our travel trailer and our first time at Christopher Run campground. We use our phone GPS to find the campground and did so without any issues. We arrived around 4:00 pm on 7/21/2017. The camping area is hilling which was a little worrisome being our first time out. But the roads were in good shape and we had no issues getting to the site. The site needed a little clean up but nothing major. The camp store was adequate for a campground. We did some kayaking on the lake which was great. The beach was fun and the water was warm. We left on 7/23/2017. Overall the experience was very good.
