Nice campground with good power. We stayed in a 43 ft mh. Some open sites and some shaded.Fairly easy commute to Boston and Gillette stadium. Almost did not stay here because of one bad review.

| Not In Spring

Damp and cool, covered with tree junk and gypsy moth caterpillars. Took 3 washings to clean the roof. Electricity is expensive when it works, and wifi was generally out from about 9:30 pm to 9:30 am too. Interior roads rough, bathrooms rarely clean due to mud and tree stuff. Sewer system not vented, could not handle flow without regular pumping. While some of this can't be controlled by owners, I wouldn't go back before high summer. Reasonably priced for long term stay.

| Friendly family campers

We had a nice 5 day stay. The laundry room was clean and large enough. The staff was pleasant and always seemed busy tending the campground. We had a pull thru site that was big enough for our 38ft unit and car. We saw lots of families enjoying themselves during the Memorial Day weekend, but no one got out of hand. The campground is meddled in a residential area, conveniently off the interstate. Grocery and shopping nearby, but no place for us to fuel the big rig It seems like a great family camping destination.

| Clean, friendly, good location

Forested sites are well spaced, level with good access to the utilities. The access roads, putt-putt golf and other recreational facilities were badly in need of repair. Staff was friendly. There is easy access to Boston and Cape Cod which is why we stayed here. Overall, we had a good experience.

| Bad review not accurate

By user-5818486... on 2017-10-23.

Construction vehicles I saw was for park maintenance bucket truck for trimming trees plus other maintenance equipment. Site was level shaded, new picnic tables, good water pressure, friendly staff (not outgoing but friendly) Has Alot of permanent residents but are all in another area of park. Pet grooming van is if you want your pets groomed I assume that someone comes and will come to your site to groom them. Prices are reasonable and give good Sam discount. Overall I would come back to this park.

| Big rig

By user-5902751... on 2017-10-23.

This park is not big rig friendly !! To many trees and you can not get through the gate with out a tree rubbing the whole side of your unit. If you are 40" or over dont even try it. The young female in the office is rude.

| Tired and run down

Park is in decline. Hardscape features (fences, retain walls, entry gate) are falling over and rotting in place. WiFi nonexistent. Park is mostly long term rentals to people working in the area so lots of loud trucks and commuter traffic in and out. Roads are horrible. Owners are allowing local businesses to store vehicles in the park: a tow truck, utility truck, pet grooming van, etc. Living conditions for the "petting zoo" (a horse, 2 mules and 3 miniature horses) borders on neglect. Seriously understaffed. Fine for a night or two if you need a place to stay, but we won't be back.

| Great place to stay to visit Boston area

Really nice campground. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sites are large and lots of room in between each. Firepits and picnic table at each site. Nice & clean laundry room with book/clothing exchange inside. Well maintained restrooms. Nice touch that their camp rules are the 10 commandments!

| Great Campground

Spent three days there. Lots of things for my grand kids to do. The second day they had a great BBQ with entertainment. Bathrooms we're very clean. Site was a good size w/trees. Close to I495.

I didn't find anything spectacular about this campground, It was just So-So. We had requested a pull through site for our 38' 5th wheel. I was told that the site we were assigned was on a road with a sharp angle so the only way to get to it was to drive through the park to a loop in their RV storage area. The road to get to that loop was a narrow tree lined dirt road. And the directions given weren't that clear. Luckily I made it without sideswiping a tree or getting stuck. You would think that they would have someone to guide you in. The roads inside this campground were horrible. Large, deep potholes. It's in a horrible location in regard to traffic. The road out is packed with morning rush hour traffic. They have one market close by and the traffic to get there and back is terrible. And the Massachusetts drivers are nuts.

| NICE BUT BE CAREFUL.

Nice family campground, lots for kids to do. Most sites are good size with privacy. A little pricey, but there is not much in the area. Sewers are just holding tanks, so keep an eye on it when emptying. Ours overflowed while emptying. Luckily I was watching and managed to close the valve before it flooded the entire site. Had to call and have the tank pumped out. Apparently they only pump them when they overflow. We have stayed here a few time before because of the location and will probably stay here again on our way to and from Maine.'

We stayed a week. No issues with water, sewer, electric, and cable. I was on site 87 and was able to level on the first try. The campground is a little tight with a big rig (40 motorhome pulling a vehicle on a dolly). The sites are a decent size and consist mainly of gravel and grass. Not all sites have a fire pit so be sure to book one if you want a fire pit. The WiFi was better than most places we have camped at. Electric scooters, golf carts, Segways, etc., are not allowed. That was disappointing but fully understood because of a liability factor. The campground is pretty big which would have been nice to explore on a Segway. There are two pools. One is for 55 and older. At least there are no kids dive bombing you if you want an enjoyable swim. They mowed around our campsite yesterday. The employee used a bagged mower to keep the grass off of our motorhome. He did a good job and was very careful with the weed eater. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area. The owner(s) put the money back into improving the campground. Most campgrounds we have visited in the northeast rarely make improvements - they only want the money because it is a relatively short camping season.

Too many signs about what not to do, the laundry room especially. Did not feel very welcoming. Plus no fenced in dog area. Did like the trees and the roomy lots.
