Nice grassy sites, we'll maintained. Very helpful staff. Only has 30 amp service but it doesn't matter it's never hot enough for air. Fire pits and tables at all sites.

Great park with many things to do in the area. Very clean and very well maintained. Lots of grass between full hook ups and all grass for dry camping with LOTS of space between sites. $32 for dry with the use of the dump station at peak season. Great stop for you and the dogs.

Very nice Park. Great campsites with full hookups. Large herd of elk to watch across circle Creek and fun things to do in Seaside. Park less then 2 miles south of town. Very pleasant staff and pet friendly Park. Hope to come back in September.

| Average coastal rv park.

Pros - Clean, nice grass, tables, good room between sites. Water pressure was 50psi. Friendly helpful staff. Utilities were set up nicely. Cons - We were in a river site. Funny, the "river" was impossible to see or access from our site. Electrical was limited to 30 amps, so make sure you have an adapter. Be careful of low hanging tree branches. The biggest con was trying to exit the property. The traffic on 101 is very heavy and it is very difficult to leave with an Rv.

| Great RV Park!

Great park close to everything you may want to do in Seaside or Cannon Beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only 30amp is provided but we never turned on the air in the middle of July as we were gone during the day. Wifi is just as unreliable as any RV park. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

| Wouldn't recommend

Park a bit costly and very average. Sites were in two categories, one being 'river view', which was the outside loop, NOWHERE near the river. Picked an inside spot, paid for it, plugged in, then was told it was actually 'river view' since it was on the end. $7.50 more. Also someone had us unplug, again, and move over about four inches because one tire was at the edge of the grass. Not a good start.

| Tired Park

This park feels tired. The spots are well spaced and the location is good but the roads and the spots all are in need of repair. Has great potential but needs to have some infrastructure investments.
