| Needs Work, Some pluses

This is an older snowbird park that has management problems and an out of state owner. There have been new managers yearly or more often. Park maintenance is lacking with lots of tall grass and weeds. The power has problems in the sites that have not been updated. There are also frequent waterlines that break & park water is turned off without warning. On the plus side the pool and spa is nice, heated and large. RV sites in the main park are larger than many others in the area. The monthly rates are reasonable and the returning residents are friendly. There are many daily activities during the winter season.

I also wrote the previous review. Since then some improvement has been made. Maintenance and management has improved. Lots of activities during the winter season. Friendly Winter residents and very low cost first time visitor specials in place. They were offering Canadian visitors on par with the US dollar rates this year. Ask for the specials.
