| Decent park

By user-4700413... on 2018-03-14.

This is a family run park and the main office is only open from 9am-4pm. To be honest, I was kind of scared when we initially pulled in because the place looks rough, but the people are nice. Electricity is not included in the daily cost, each site has their own meter. In my opinion, the laundry facility needs to be updated. The main office is open from 9am-4pm and they do NOT have after hour check-in service.

| Nice overall

This was a nice RV park overall. It is a Passport America park (cash required for discount). There are a lot of full-time residents if that is a consideration for you. The spaces are close but comfortable. We had FHU. The sites were sandy, so we had a little trouble getting level. The office staff was nice and there is an adjacent laundry room and restroom at the entrance. Washers & dryers are $1.50 ea. There is a recreation room towards the back of the park with another laundry room. It also has showers and restrooms. The game room has a pool table, ping pong, a couple of exercise machines (Gazelles), darts, TV's, books, and puzzles. They do have scheduled activities throughout the week though we weren't able to participate. There is Wifi and we had about 3 bars of 4G with Verizon. No playground, picnic tables or fire rings. Noise level was pretty low though they are right off of Hwy 60. Points of Interest: Tampa/St. Petersburg area and beaches are within 30 min-1 hr depending on where you want to go and if you're taking toll roads. The drive over Sunshine Skyway Bridge is a toll bridge ($1.50).
