This RV park is attached to an Inn, The Inn doesn't provide showers or bathrooms, though you do have access to the Inn's swimming pool.

Stayed overnite Tues after Labor Day. Was trying to make it to Lovewell Reservoir, but late departure fr FtCollins put us there after dark - nothing worse than trying to get a spot after dark, with no reservation. RV Parky showed this as Phillipsburg city owned, later found out it's the Cottonwood motel next door. Has electric, good water & sewage dump inlet at ea site. The best part was local restaurant "Branding IronII" right next door. They were open late, had best patty melt with bacon I've ever had in my life. Excellent service. They also serve beer! Pull thru sites. Only negative was traffic noise from Hwy 36, which this is right off. However, by midnight that quieted down thankfully. All in all, would use again.

| Two parks in Phillipsburg

There is RV parking next to the inn but there are no restrooms. An additional town park is on the west side of town in the town park. Turn at the Econolodge and drive past Ft Bissell. Put ten dollars in the slot and you get flush toilets, shower, grills and picnic tables. Quiet and shady. Highway 36 across Kansas and Missouri is a great alternative to the interstates and you can actually make good time on it. Several of the towns have free or cheap camping

Owned by motel, 20 dollars a night..I think name is wrong, as she said the city park was 10/ night and the motel has always been 20. Yep GPS took us to this location..very helpful, you can swim in motel pool, easy in and out. Will stop again.

Full hookups with great internet service for $25! This was a great one night stop for us. This park has no amenities, of course, but for one night, we wouldn t have used them anyway. Right off of highway 36 with a little road noise, but not bad. Great typical small town restaurant next door. So, great for us because we didn t have to unhook our tow vehicle. Check in at the hotel next door. We had a shade tree too! They don t have a shower house, if you need that.
