Site needs to be updated. Price was $33 for the night. Web site shows $16-$17 per night. Price not outragious, just needs to reflect current price.

Re 8-11-15: Sorry that you judged us from the outside, and without even entering the park. We are not a 1 star park. Jasper Road is a 'non-conforming' road in Mobile - in fact, it is an old alley. You must have missed the turn onto Dover, and tried a shortcut.
5-12-15: Owner does not maintain RVParky website. Our rate is $29, plus tax. I'm sorry if you were misled, but it was not by the Park Owner.

Dates Stayed: April 22-23 We stayed two nights so we could tour a nearby battleship
Atmosphere: Mostly quiet. There is a guy that rides a motorcycle and leaves for work at 4:30 am, that was the only noise.
Type of spots: level and close to each other.
Laundry: yes
Shower House: yes, but borderline too icky to use
# of pools: 0
# of hot tubs: 0
Dog park: 0 but pets ok on a leash
Activities: none
Wifi/cable: wifi is Free and very good. Cable you must give deposit and use a box, money returned when box is returned
Exercise room: no

We tried to stay there on 8/11 and tried to access it from Jasper Rd. DO NOT DO THIS!! Ended up scratching our Motorhome and had to unhook the car just to get out of the area. Dover st access would have been better but the place looks horrible. Would not recommend it to anyone ever!

Good for an overnight stay. Good water pressure, electric, etc. Host was pleasant and helpful.
MAKE SURE NOT TO USE GOOGLE MAPS TO LOCATE THE PARK!!!

$30 with Passport America is an insane amount for this park. Sites are very narrow as are the internal roads. Filled with permanents, who were fine; although they did like flying their vehicles through our site.

Enjoyed the stay. It was an older park with some permanent guests but I never felt unsafe. GPS tells you to take Jasper road but don t do it use the DOVER road entrance. Rates were good for the area. The people here make the difference. I would stay again.
