Called ahead to check availability. Arrived, checked in, set up RV and connected utilities. Just by chance saw sign on washroom door that advised that the water was not fit for consumption. Checked with another guest and was advised that it was unsafe for drinking or cooking. Okay to wash with if you want to. Water available for sale at camp office. Would have been nice if staff advised customers when initial call was made or upon arrival that the water was unsafe. No hesitation to ask premium pricing ($43.00) for a back-in site but somehow FORGOT to advise that the water was unsafe. VERY, VERY Disappointed.
We stayed here for the night (5/15). The manager was very nice and let us know about all the amenties, full hook-ups, cable, free wifi and picnic table. The spot we had (29A) was more than long enough and side eniugh for our 2 slides. The spot was level also. The campground was very clean and well kept. We stayed here in a motorhome and would stay here again
