Reviews for Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort

| Overflow

We ended up here for overflow from the thousand trails Clermont resort. We really like the area lots of walking room. In relation to other resorts we have been at in the last year this one is pretty nice. There are 3 pools and clean restrooms. We didn't come for the golf so I will not comment on that. The small gym is clean. We are scedueled for 2 weeks and will be back. There are lots of restaurants within 15 minutes. We have a big site. The spot is rather sandy with little grass and the sewer hookup could use some work. Overall nice, clean, and easy to find.

Stayed in our motorhome in Crossroads section. The 1st site assigned was loaded with Ant Hills & Fire Ants. Also it had no cable there and no trees for shade. We moved to another site under a tree which included cable however the acorns from the the tree bombarded our roof the whole time. There's not much selection on on the cable tv so other campers are using their satellite dish. There's not much to do here & the golf course is under water & closed from all the rain they have had this month. There's no on-site restaurant & nothing close-by other than driving to town about 10 minutes away. There's not enough lighting in the bath house. The fishing pond is small and doesn't appear to be much interest plus is catch & release only. The golf course is small and the greens were not green , more like dirt & had ant hills. We liked the idea of camping at a RV Golf Resort however the owners of this resort don't keep the campsites or golf course in top shape. Alot of work needs to be done here to make it a more enjoyable stay. We had reserved 2 nights at $30 per night, but checked out after night 1. Camping in a Walmart Parking Lot is better than Clerbrook RV & Golf Resort.

Was sent to 3 different sites that our unit wouldn't fit in (36' long) just parked on an empty site. Staff has no clue what they have or what will fit. The place shows NO signs of maintenance someone is just suckling the money out until it fails. Many OLD permenent units many of those look abandoned (February 2018).

A little breeze in the mornings and afternoon. Pool during the hot part of the day. Close enough to Winter Garden. Golf course is nice, pool table, library, ping pong, walk and ride bikes for miles. Friendly staff although I didn’t see them much after we checked in I guess bc We didn’t have any complaints. We, however did have friends staying here who were great hosts. We will be back.

We like it here, would give it 5 stars if it had wifi. Lots are big, staff is excellent. Wish they would get rid of the fire ants but they are working on it. Will definitely come back.

Mediocre! This place was once a great Snowbird park- but now is mostly Affordable Housing for Orlando. Security is non-existent! Roads are crumbling with Pot-holes. Golf course is great, but cart paths are like roads, crumbling! Park just added to Trails Collections, so it is now always near capacity! Clearly corporate owned and greed is only factor! No concern for amenities. Management here is a joke or non- existent! Many OLD (30 yrs.) Park Models & many OLDER RVs that just need to be junked! Park has NO regulations! You can park anything into here, pay your fee and stay forever!Iif management ever decided to take action, this park could be a real gem in the future. Great location!
