Hardly any information at check-in to let you know what is going on. Had to continually ask some of the other campers about the activities, even where the mail was at. Nice residents and staff, but office staff are not proactive in helping you become acquainted with the facility. Tight spaces and streets are very narrow. Good luck backing in and pulling out. Grass pads unless you are a 6 month resident, then you get concrete. But you have to sign on for a 3 year stint. As I said nice, but we won't be back.

| Clean campground, nice pool, and quiet

By user-5865818... on 2017-10-23.

We stayed only one night as we where passing through. A little drive to the ocean but a quiet campground. For the most parts they keep motor homes and travel trailers up front. There where still some travel trailers and motor homes in with mobile homes which must of been long term travelers, which we liked because it felt like we where parked with other travelers. Some parks will put you right in with permenent mobile homes. Back in sites are grass and sand not very level. Very nice paved pull throughs with landscaping. Would stay again.

| Beware if traveling on Sunday

By user-5874568... on 2017-10-23.

This campground office is closed on Sunday. You were routed to an offsite reservations office who will gladly book a site for you and take your money. They did not tell us they were putting us in a dirt site or that we might run into problems when we got there. When trying to connect cable we got an ad that told us we would have to purchase equipment in order to use the service. We had to talk to people at the pool to get the WiFi code. There were plenty of paved pull thru sites which would have saved us a lot of work. My suggestion is to have someone available to help travelers if you are operating a business and offering services. These are very frustrating issues after a long day of travel.

| Very courteous staff

Nice old Florida style park. Lots of full timers, but we got a pull through site for one night. Staff was great. Pool refreshing and very clean. WARNING...don t trust the car maps apps, it has you do a U-turn from Collier Blvd to enter the park. Our 36 rig with tow car couldn t make the turn, and it was very anxious as head on traffic was coming. Can for local knowledge on the best route into the park....lesson learned. Hank was most understanding of our mishap, too.
