Campground atmosphere is toward the permanent resident, overnight is less important. Park is very clean, amenities are geared toward families i.e. Pool, petting zoo, activities etc. friendly staff. Site was not level and scant gravel which after the rain turned into a mud hole. Price was excessive $52.00/night
