We have travel across the US and have lived in many parks and each one has it pluses and minuses. This park has its good points, but more bad points. Good points: Spaces were good size, free storage allow in rear for customers, landscaping was nice, quiet, close to stores and highway access, can handle large rigs. Poor points: Roads in park poor, landscaping was nice but poorly maintain, wifi only good near office (to many trees blocking signal), lot of spaces not very level, bathrooms and laundry rooms dirty (cock roaches and dirt), they did start being cleaner just before we left, management wasn't very friendly,(they were polite, but not very professional)EX: you would hear rumors that some customers were allow more freedom then others, there was no rhyme or reason on how they decided if you were doing something against their rules. I always got the feeling that they were doing you a favor by letting you stay there instead of making you feel welcome.
So they have new managers now that keep the bathrooms extremely clean. The park is pretty well full with an entire area just for overnighters which is pretty level. The long term area isn't as level but once you are set up it's great. So peaceful and quiet here. They charge $440 a month and that includes electric and free laundry! Can't beat that. I found the managers to be super helpful and nice and we never had anyone telling us we were breaking any rules. Just pick up after your dog and there will be no issues. They have firewood and some spots have rings and picnic tables but not all do. The town of lugoff and Camden have everything you could possibly need and there is a camping world 30 mins away in Columbia.
I just attempted to stay here and told if not self contained then not allowed.
