Stayed for an overnight. Close to Interstate10. 50amp service. That's all we needed. Left early in the morning.

This park comes up as a KOA but is no longer affiliated with them. This is clearly not a resort RV park. And in their defense it had rain hard for three days before our arrival. We stayed one night while passing through. It needs some upkeep and money spent. That said. The owner who I spoke with over the phone could not have been kinder and helpful. Giving detailed directions, local store info, and recommendations for meals. Upon arrival after hours she had a very kind gentleman check us in. He was extremely warm and you felt like he's a beloved uncle. He helped my husband chose a spot and make sure we pulled our 40' fiver and dually in with no issues. The price was not as described in description, it was $32(I was short a dollar and he was so sweet about saying to forget it), but we were fine with it. This park is fine for a quiet over night, or for workers. Seems most residents are hard working quiet folks. Yes some spaces are not as clean as stringent run resorts, but we felt safe and were fine with it. Spaces are crushed fine gravel, dirt, and grass areas. The trees over the large pull thru's are trimmed high for clearance, which we appreciate.

| Great place to stay

By user-5908924... on 2017-10-23.

I lucked out finding this campground, which is right off hwy 10. Very friendly owner, and the place is near a Walmart and several good restaurants. Very quiet with strong Internet signal.
