Was here June 2012. sites small, gravel, and not level. Water was really bad don't put in your system. I flushed everything with bleach at next stop. No warning from management about the water, but they were really very pleasant and apologetic. A stop only if no other choice.

| Lost two stars - $10 to take a shower!

That's right, after you pay for the night you are then charged an extra $10 each time you wish to use the shower. Complete blasphemy.

| Good place for overnight

If you need a place to stay north of Phoenix this place is okay. The price we paid was about 26 dollars with the Good Sam discount. There are no frills but it is clean and well kept with full hook ups. There is a good eating establishment on the grounds, a replica 1950s diner that serves typical diner food. We ate there and had a good meal cheap.

Quaint little place with nice management staff. Clean bathroom/shower. The restaurant/bar was accommodating when we went in at kitchen closing time.

| Good inexpensive park

Stayed here 1 night before heading back to California. Paid $29.50. Friendly staff. No shower but what our RV for. No cable but very good TV reception. I had more than 50 channels. Gravel site. No complaint.

| Wifi was amazing

After so many parks with limited, terrible wifi, this one Speed Tested at 15mbps. It was wonderful. 29.50 a night and the diner is pretty cool, friendly staff. Sites are a bit slanted but not much. Overall great experience.

Arrived quite late but the staff was very friendly and helped me find my location in the dark by using a golf cart.

I wanted to rate it one star but 2 keeps popping up. Unbelievable, there is no potable water there, but if you want to take some of their water at the dump station, they want $20 for it. And the charges for propane are too high. Yes, & it’s difficult to level the RV in the site. Except for that, they charge much more than the amount advertised.

| Very nice place to hang out

We stayed here in our 40ft motor home for several months on and off as we traveled in Arizona. It’s not a very big park but we liked that. Full hookups and now the water is reverse osmosis so it is fine. The owners and managers are working on this park to enlarge it and to make improvements. The manager Chuck is a great guy and easy to work with you. He will help you any way he can. Sites are level, and enough space between to put out awnings. There is a bar and restaurant on site for when you don’t feel like cooking. They are updating their menu and the items are very good. Friendly staff and waitstaff. We love it here and will return again in the fall for winter. We feel very much at home here.
