I think we were one of 3-4 travelers with probably 20-25 permanent residents. Roads are gravel and pads are dirt. Our TV cable was a 5ft. bare wire so we couldn't hook up. The place needed some TLC. With AARP we paid $33 so ok if you are just needing an overnight on the road. They have an easy after-hours check in board.
Really nice place and convenient. Clean, quiet, full hookups. Inexpensive and easy in/out. A jewel and lifesaver in the long I-5 hwy.

Neat, tidy, affordable. Friendly staff at the desk. The managers here are taking pride in rv park. Trees are trimmed, grass is mowed, no clippings. Nice wash/laundry facility. Big rig friendly. No problem at all with our 36' Cardinal fiver.
