Caters to permanent residence and large rvs. Clean and large sites and good cable channels with full hook up. But was first put in a small clutter site by maintenance garage and asked if I could move they were annoyed and said they had only one site available. I counted 20 available sites.
This place is great. Staff is friendly. Nice grounds, awesome game & laundry room. And all the neighbors are nice and keep an eye on each other's places.
Best place in the area
Very clean and well maintained. Pull through with concrete pads and grass around each spot. Grassy areas to walk your dogs. Pay showers. Reasonably quiet considering you are in town. We saw deer in the park!!! $40 a night. We got a 10% discount for being a veteran. We stayed 3 nights in a 5th wheel. Would stay here again.
Full timer and this RV spot is a "hidden gem". All concrete level pads, drive thru, with lots of room. Staff is friendly and facilities very clean. Very close to antique shop and restaurants. This will be a must stay when I am in the area.
Mrs. Lynn and her husband , serena , even the owner. Amazing place . If your there ask the owner to play the piano he is really good lol shhhh!
Pros: quiet area, close to stores and shopping, only rv park in NW Houston area. Cons: overpriced, showers are coin operated ($1.50) after already overcharging for RV fees, extremely slow wifi (9mbps down, 3mbps up) and propane is $23 for 20lb tank and they only do refills on Tuesdays. Try to get a spot in the old part of the park if you want shade. There are no trees in the pull thrus in the new part of the park.
Wifi SUUUUUUUUUCKS! Their advertising says 150mb wifi. Ha! Yeah right. More like 1.5mb. Why are RV parks so cheap? There are about 200 sites here and most are occupied. Owner can t afford better internet? Really? Can barely even stream video. It s always crashing when I try to watch shows. So frustrating.
