This is an OK rv park especially since there really isn't anything else for miles. Gravel so flat but we really prefer grass around and shade. Tiny restrooms and laundry. Very friendly staff. Loud though. Heard the trains several times in the night. Wifi is free for one device then $1 for additional and is very fast. Playground for children. No other amenities
Nice park. Big, long spaces, so you can keep your tow hooked up. Have to choose between shade and cable. If you arrive late enough, the sun has set low enough most everything is in the shade anyway. Friendly hosts. Enjoyed Mexican food at La Pasadita. Interesting downtown area and XIT Museum. Check it out if you have time.
We have stayed here twice, great stop over on our way to and from Colorado. The sites are level, small gravel so it is not muddy when it rains. They mere this park spotless. We have camped in both the Shade and a pull-through. Will stay here again.
This us a very nice Park, clean, level, friendly staff. Only one complaint....this must be the crossroads for all trains heading east or west. The train horns are constant. This isn't any fault of the owner but just know that you are going to hear them all through the night.
Very nice park. Pull through sites, very level and roomy. Great for an overnight stop. Very friendly staff
Decided to stay at Corral RV Park based on travel distance. Searched with RV Parky and map guidance. It's a cute park well kept. Drive through parking. Beautiful seeded area for the playground. Friendly staff and residents. Normal dog rules and a dog run at the far end. The only thing I didn't like was the small rock every where. I'm partial to stepping out to grass. But hey its North Texas and the rock works.
Good park. Good facilities. Not expensive. Clean. I would recommend it. Travel trailer. 7-17-14
The park is very large but feels very private. We'll lit. East to find and access. Super well laid out and appointed. This place has big trees and is well thought to be easy and comfortable. Stop here. Perhaps the best in RV places we've seen. We were in a 5th wheel.
We spent one night traveling through. It is an easy on and off. The owners are very friendly and the campground is clean and easy to get around him. It was very quiet, except for the trains late at night, which I kind a like. I had a battery problem in our Tokar and the owners son came out and gave me a hand very cheerful. Would absolutely recommend staying here again
Veteran's discount. Good clean basic grounds.
Stayed here traveling to Denver. Very clean! I didn't use the restrooms but I would bet they are as clean as the 2 laundry rooms. the newer one has 4 each of new washers and dryers. $1.50 per load. The grounds are very level pea gravel, round so it doesnt stick to shoes and damage Lino. They must rake it often as I only saw tracks once. It serves the purpose here as it would just be dust or mud. Many MHs with toads of all kinds parked and did not have to unhook. One row of sites are very close together. There is a playground, dog park and GOOD Wifi all over the park. Michael and Shannon work to keep this place neat. I hadn't been able to find anyone to check on a leak around my slide out. RV repair shops were busy due to all the recent storms. ( I don't go on the roof). Michael went out of his way to check my roof and slide out and found a hole on the corner. More storms are on the way. He covered the hole with eternabond until I can get it checked out more thoroughly. They provide discounts. I paid $25 for full hookups.
We stopped on our way to Colorado and concur with the other reviews. Good clean, well maintained. Yes, sites a little close, but good for a night. Trains did not bother us as they do not blow the whistle at night. McDonald's a few blocks away if you need hi speed internet. Order an ice cream cone and sit a spell!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park was laid out pretty nicely, but maybe a touch too close together. But if you are just traveling through and need a night or two to stop, this place is great. BUT...no fault of the park, but the main road through town is under construction, and it was a MAJOR hassle to get gas, and get back on the road. If heading north, get out of town BEFORE buying gas. By then the road is safe and sound, and there are two or three gas stations on the way out. Do not try to gas up in town. You will regret it. Maybe by next year, when the roads are completed, it will be much nicer to travel through here.
$26 for electricity only. No water nothing but electricity, and it was on the side of the lot in the travel way so i could not even put out my slides. Never will they see me again
Clean park level sites clean bathrooms. Only complaint trains and trucks.
Cowshed next door. Flying without end. In the washing machines are also approved for dog baskets. Despite all prohibitions.
Big pull thrus FHU. Nice single bathroom and shower. No store but ice available. Across from from train but not loud. Level gravel sites. Some permanent sites but separate from overnight. Easy to find. Nice people. No picnic tables, fire rings, or grills at at sites
Just passing though, and seen this listed in rvparky, and decided it was time to pull in. Nice clean CG. Yes there are some permanent campers here (get over it. Level gravel Big pull-throughs, clean bathroom/ shower. Thete are plenty of trees for some shade, and its a mile from town with everything you would need for an overnighter, or as long as you would need. I will come back again. We camped in our 35 ft TT. There was no need to un-hitch, because its that level. There was a bit of CG Traffic at quoting time. No cable TV, but you can get OTA Channels. Hook ups were good. 5 stars for what it is. They don't claim its a resort.
Pulled into the Corral Park late last night. It was so cold out I was glad to find such a nice place, easy access , level lots got set up fast for a good nights sleep. The owner was great and took care of my needs. Will definitely stop here again. Also gives Good Sams discount.
Just did an overnight stay and this was a clean RV Park. Gravel sites, all looked like pull thru sites. No grass at the camp sites a few trees. Kids liked the playground area. The bathroom/showers were very clean and private.
It is pretty much a parking lot. The hookups are good, the owners are friendly. A nice clean place to pull in for a night. The sites are level. Will be back when are going this way again.
On our way to Taos and stayed over 2 nites. Family owned since 1955! Very clean, well- maintained gravel park. Owner very kind. Will be back.
I was very impressed with this park. Got the information off of RV Parky. Stayed one night but the sites are very easy to get in and out of, plenty of space for big rigs, level gravel sites with nice big trees. I would recommend this place and would stay there again.
