| Quiet

Bare bones landscaping, but huge pull-thru sites. Away from highway and quiet. Good for a few nights while exploring four corners area. Paid $32 per night.

| This is a small park with nice large pull-thru and back-in sites

We stayed four nights in late April and paid $31.00 + tax/night for FHU’s. This is a small park with nice large pull-thru and back-in sites. The sites are gravel and fairly level with a small patch of grass, a picnic table and a raised grill. We have 50Amp full hook ups. The Wi-Fi is really slow, but for us, it was all we had since our T-Mobile plan did not have data here, so no hot spot. The phone service was fine, just no data. The park is very quiet and in a small rural town with a few services. You’re fairly close and central to Monument Valley, Four Corners, Mesa Verde to name a few. The park is family owned and run. Nancy the manager is very nice and helpful. She’s in the office for only a few hours in the afternoon. But you can easily self-park and pay your fee with the handy envelops at the office if no one is around. It’s good for a stopover or a few nights to go sightseeing. But not for a family vacation. I would stay again.

| Delightful park

This is a great stop in Bluff. Level sites, shade trees, picnic tables, easy in and easy out in a large RV. $35.50 for full hookups including tax. We walked to the Cottonwood Steakhouse for dinner. Would stay again.

We stayed late April thru May 5, 2018. Nice level, large pull thru & back in sites with full hookups except cable but great HD air reception. Small playground for kids. Very clean bathrooms & showers. We extended our stay an additional day because so many incredible sites in area within reasonable distances.

| Nice Stop off

Stayed there one night as a pass thru. The Hostess Nancy was great, she works hard on keeping the place clean and well kept. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and the whole area was very tidy. Nancy was also very great on suggesting what to see in the area, which was a great for us not knowing the area.

| Nice RV Park - dubious pricing policy

So the other reviews are correct regarding the park. Flat spaces, full hookups, clean WC & clean showers. However, we got "a special price", hence the rating. I am putting this on the fact that I said we're coming from France We paid 48.60$ whereas the normal price (per self checkin sheet she put out when she left at end of day) would have been 46.65$. However not all spots are the same price (detail she skipped out on) and we could have stayed for 45.55$ if we so desired to. There is a 3$ surcharge for 3rd person and beyond. So my recommendation would be to avoid this place unless you are an american as I stay away from places that practice dedicated "tourist" pricing, there are sufficient RV parks in the area to choose from. It is not the 2 dollar discrepency the issue, it is a matter of principal more than anything else. I am keeping my credit card charge and self checkin sheet of the night should anyone desire to challenge the facts of my review.
