We have stayed at this campground a few times this year. The owners are very friendly and helpful in making your stay a good one. The campground is clean and well maintained. Sites are flat with gravel. It is a peaceful place, love it!

Friendly. Nice level spots, beautiful country scenery. You can order homemade pizza prepared onsite delivered to your coach, excellent after a long day's travel.

Denise and Jim(owners) are extremely nice and outgoing. They take a complete interest in the grounds and the campers and it shows. Beautiful scenery, abundant walking trails, quiet and very relaxing. Above the rest in service, firewood and food delivered to your site with great prices. Bath houses are clean and plenty of water. Seasonals are held to a high standard to maintain the look and feel of the park. One of the best maintained campgrounds we have stayed at. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here and recommend it for an overnight, extended or even season if that is appropriate!

We stopped here for one night as we were traveling from New York City to Niagara Falls. After meeting the owners Jim and Denise, and getting settled in, we wish we would have set aside time to stay here for a couple weeks. The hospitality is top notch, the location is very peaceful, the sites are flat and very well taken care of and you feel "at home" from the minute you arrive! Everything about our stay was fantastic! They even delivered firewood to our site and provided us with an awesome homemade firestarter! I got to take my son fishing for the first time where we caught multiple fish right off the dock next to our site. He absolutely loved it! After traveling over 5,000 miles and through 20 different states, this is the first place we've gone that hasn't tried to gouge us on price for everything we needed. The owners are very generous and clearly love what they do and strive to take care of their guests. This is a must stay location!

We have stayed here several times over the past two years. We love it! It is our get away place close to home when we need to just relax and enjoy the camping life. The owners are fantastic and take great pride in the care of the campground. It is clean and well maintained.

Found this park based on the reviews. Jim and Denise do a great job. As stated this is a quiet park in a beautiful area. Very clean spacious and level sites at a reasonable price. Verizon service is good and there are a few OTA channels. Not much happening local in the town of Marathon. Walmart is about 10 easy miles in Cortland. You do have to drive a bit to visit The Finger Lakes and all it has to offer but this is some of the most beautiful country you will travel. Will definitely return.

Owner was wonderful. They waited up an hour late for me, were friendly and helpful, and led us to our pull through spot. Long spots. Be careful to stay in center of gravel roads if it has rained. It is very soft mud at the edges. My spot had sewer drain at just above my drain valve so very difficult to use. Absolutely beautiful setting. Many permanent residents. I'd go again.
