We stayed here for a night and for $26 it was well worth it. Granted its close to the freeway but blocked off by trees. Manager was very nice. Park was clean. And easy access getting back into the freeway again in the morning. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again!
This is not a park where you come to stay a week unless you happen to be working in the area but for a one night stay it is fine. Nothing fancy but affordable and owners are nice.
Not sure what the previous reviewer expected, but this is a nice park. It's clean, with plenty of space between sites. The owner is very accommodating. Yes, it's close to I-84, but I'm sure the noise will be minimal once closed up for the night. The Wi-Fi seems good tho you might need a booster (l do have one). For $27 you can't go wrong. I'd gladly spend a week or more. Maybe next trip.
The main office closes at 5:00 PM but not a problem finding a space. There is no cable hook ups, could not get a signal with my RV antenna. The men's restroom was accidentally locked by someone and there was no way to get in. (Women's was clean) Very close to freeway.
This is our 2nd stay here. Nice park for short stay. Most travelers are on south side while north side is mostly resident/long-term. Park and restrooms are clean tho some of the long term folks are showing signs of clutter. Wifi in the listed wifi sites is quite weak. Tho restrooms are clean, during the same morning someone had been smoking a cigarette then later a cigar in the men's restroom.
Owners are very nice people. Not much here, but nice place. Reasonable price for what you get. We enjoyed our stay. Will come back.
I agree with another poster. There isn't much here, but its a great place and the owner's are super nice. Would stay again.
Nice, neat, and clean. If you don't like interstate noise, then move on. For me, it was perfect.
We stayed here 3 nights. Came in for one, stayed a couple more. Toured around the area, lots to see if you research. Park management is stellar- well-run. Cable TV was not working well due to previous camper pulling out without disconnecting. Can't fault the owner for that:)
An older, small campground. Pull through site was wide and level but no privacy at all. It was very clean with a picnic table and BBQ. Water line was heated and insulated so water was no problem. However, it is right beside the freeway. Traffic noise was very loud all night long but no worse than many rest areas. Internet only available in a few sites and those spots taken by long term residents.
We called three times to check on getting a reservation for the night. Each call went to voicemail while not even identifying the campground name. It was just an unidentified voice stating they couldn't answer the call at that time and to leave a message. I disconnected the first two calls without leaving a message as I still wasn't sure if the number was indeed correct. Finally on my third call, I did leave a message about desiring to make a reservation, asking for a call back to let us know the status. Not only did I NOT receive a call back, when we did arrive there was a "No Vacancy" sign hanging on the office door. No way to operate a business in my opinion. The upside was that the place was dirty, small sites and potholes on all roads within. Not worth the money or time to try to work with people who take no pride in the business and no respect for their guests. Don't even bother with this placen
