Great park. Owners Mike and Carol very nice and accommodating. They work hard to keep the park nice. We always enjoy our stay and love the golf course next to the park. We always stay when we leave the valley and when we return. We usually come up in the winter to play golf with the Winter Texans that stay here. That are a great group.
Stayed for just an overnight at this RV Park. We were warmly greeted by the owner of the park and her husband, Carol & Mike. They purchased the park about a year ago. Very clean park, nice grounds and all of the sites I saw were all pretty much level. We were escorted to our site and he stayed until we were plugged in to make sure everything worked alright. They also invited us to the clubhouse for root beer float night. Several upgrades have been made to the park. They have 97 sites now and each site has a concrete patio to the side. Easy access to the water, electric and sewer hook ups. Clubhouse has a small kitchen area, an area to visit, game room, pool table and rest rooms. In another building, there is a small swimming pool and a large hot tub. Both appeared very clean and well kept. The laundry facilities looked clean, however we didn't use them. $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to dry. The restrooms and showers are very clean, but they do need some updating. A few long term people, several Winter Texan's and even a few families are here. Several people in small gatherings visiting. Park is big rig friendly. Just off Hwy 281, easy in and easy out. Owners are very friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy visiting with their residents. They also have internet, but we used our own, so not sure what their's is like. It appears the new owners have put a lot of work into improvements in this park. We recommend this RV park and we would stay here again. Stayed in a 40' fifth wheel and paid $26.
Great place, great stay. Overnight or longer
I was given a very large FHU pull-thru site for my 42' 5th wheel. Plenty of room to maneuver in the park and more than enough room at my site (13). Each sites have a new large concrete patio and the utilities are placed perfectly on the site.. The park is adjacent to a public golf course and the park is very close to any supplies you might need from town. I used my dish & hot spot, so can't comment on the parks. Laundry & Bathrooms are clean and maintained. They have a pool and hot tub. Will definitely use this park again if in the area.
A great place to spend the winter months! Have made lifetime friends. If you love golf, there is a 9 hole golf course bordering the park. Activities all month long. Park owners , Mike and Carol, are great!
