Very enjoyable rv park. Had a contract job and stayed for the month. My family enjoyed the grounds and the pool. Would recommend to friends and family.
This was a park we stopped by after spending New Years with family. Friendly staff and nice lots with amenities. It was definitely to cold to use the pool, but what we saw was clean facilities. One less star because it had no cable available.
No one answers the phone. We followed the iPhone map and couldn't find it. It also looked like a bad part of town.
Right along busy hwy, but still a fairly quiet and nice park. Pool was fantastic and so were the people working there. The internet was not good.
My son’s bike was stolen right next to our trailer. Everyone parked their bikes next to their rv so we thought it would be fine. There is NO gate separating this place from the street heading towards the freeway(which you can hear traffic all night long) and there was an entire wall broken down connecting the very run down apartment complex to this place. Key for vandalism. Showers were nice but the price for this place was NOT worth it.
Only place in Phoenix that we could find a week at. Owner shuffled the schedule to make a week happen for us. Bathrooms were very nice. As others have said there is no gate and a few bad apartments near by.

Wifi sucks. Wont even load a youtube video. Weekly rate does not include electric. Scetchy part of town. Locals say bikes often get stolen. No circuit breakers on the poles.
