Very nice resort - worth the cost - all sites are paved - customer service was excellent for propane and trash pickup - cable tv and wifi worked great - pool and hot tub were wonderful! only negative is there is a bit too much monitoring by one particular staffer of the kids - she seemed bent on ensuring all rules were followed to the exact letter - even questioning me as to kids exact ages or who I was monitoring (making sure each child was being monitored by their parent I guess) - thankfully in the 11 days we were there I only delt with her 3 times :/ however i would definitely stay here again - loved the place! :)

Long term space renter class action lawsuit against owner READ THIS! This owner has raised the rent spaces unlawfully. Morgan Hill City Ordinances only permit a 2% to 5% maximum rate increase in a 12 month period. My last one was a $300 increase in 2017. This was because she now has to include all utilities in the space rent as per City Ordinances.They had been charging $1050.00 a month plus utilities. She was told by the city that she could not put her "Premium" on top of the charges that PG&E was charging for the actual power being used. THIS IS ILLEGAL! So she just charges a "flat fee" now. If you have stayed in this park you are entitled to a 100% refund of all of the utility fees they charged you during your stay, PLUS DAMAGES! No charge to join and no attorney fees to you. Very accommodating and customer friendly. Wide lanes and pads . Drive a 32 foot coach with toad. No problems. Excellent location for Bay Area treks. Would go back. As far as lawsuit goes wowsers. The RV park owners need to make a profit to keep the park open, and maintain it. There fees seem more than reasonable. Putting in and maintaining utilities is expensive. The RV park owners are not responsible for the lack of affordable housing. The politicians nimbies, and environmentalist are. There is plenty of open land to build on in the area. So socialism and lawsuits do not build or create , they tear down.

Coyote Valley Resort in Morgan Hill, CA 14 nights June -July, 2019 - $1072.69 It s on a busy 4 lane highway in horrible disrepair - so very loud with drag racing every Saturday night. No security, gate or after hours support. Sewer backed up and ruined our things the office staff was horrible to deal with. We were there in the summer for 2 weeks, but received a call that from E that homeschooling is not allowed and our kids need to be registered at the local school district or we would need to leave. While the sewer backup was gross and unwelcome, it is not the reason I have given a negative review as things happen that are outside of the park s control. The way we were treated and the absence of after hours support is a real problem and completely unacceptable.
