Entered park in heavy rain. No signs telling you where to park for registration. Owners left gardener in charge, who knew nothing except to tell you to unhook your dinghy while he guided you to your site. I said that I reserved a pull-through site, to which he said that it is not really a pull-through site, plus the roads leading to it are so hazardous that your tow bars would get damaged. We were staying one night and paid $61 to avoid unhitching overnight, but now we had to unhitch in a downpour. What followed that was an obstacle course ride better suited to a Jeep or military vehicle. It is criminal that they knowingly make reservations for such a place for a 35 ft diesel pusher. I held my breath as one narrow sharp decline after another wound down, down to the site location. The site is what one sometimes finds in a state park where one merely pulls along the side of the road, weaving between a picnic table and trees. The gravel is very unlevel. The whole combination of factors makes this the worst park ever after two cross-country trips. This combined with an aloof attitude by the owners or managers. Totally different than what they represent on heir web site. BUYER BEWARE!

This campground has been updating its facility for a number of years now. It s now one of the more favorable campsites in the state! Clean grounds and bathrooms with lots of themed weekends for entertainment. Keep up the Great Work!!!!
