Great place to stay. Very friendly.
Only about a dozen or so spots for large Rv s. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Right off the road.
After a late arrival at the site, we woke up seeing a fairy land around us. I rowed a canoe with two kids , 7 and 4, down the streams. The water is calm and crystal clear. The site is clean and well maintained by two friendly host couple. We don't even want to leave for crater lake later.
We are still relatively new to camping, but we found this campground to be quite the little gem. There are about a dozen trailer sites than are able to accommodate even the large buses although the campground was made for smaller trailers of yesteryear. There are also about a dozen cabins of varying size, some on the creek and some off to one side of the park, near the small store, where you are able to purchase basic camping necessities, like marshmallows, graham crackers and coffee. Tent campers don't fret as there are about half a dozen tent camp sites at this campground as well. The tent sites have an expansive grassy area with an outdoor charcoal grill and the one by the creek looked especially relaxing. What makes this campground unique are all its free amenities, which include bicycles for the youngsters, canoes with life jackets, pickle ball court, community fire pit (especially nice for those in cabins), horse shoe pit, showers. There is even a laundry room available for a small charge. Although this campground runs next to a road that runs up to Crater Lake, the traffic in the evening was almost non-existent, so this is something not even worth worrying about. Crater Lake Resort is a small campground, but turned out to be a great opportunity for us to meet some nice new families. I can't express enough how much I recommend this little gem. Go and enjoy!
This Park Is Clean Amazing Views and tons of things for kids, bikes canoeing rowboat swings hiking trails and all included. Staff is super nice and very helpful. Will stay again.
The park has a nice appeal with a nice stream and grass area. We found that both men’s and women’s showers the drains were plugged. The water was hot. Exited to play Pickleball but the net was in such bad condition could not lower it into position
Arrived after hours, but paid in the morning. We were able to find a spot for our station wagon to car camp with tons of shade. Very quiet, clean and safe. Worth staying if you re headed towards Crater Lake National Park, and very easy to find. Showers were cleanish, washrooms are small but manageable. Will definitely stay again!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Small but nice park. Sites back up to a little creek, and they have cables to use. Convenient to Crater Lake. Only downside was that you back in on an angle, and your back end is quite close to the back end of the rig next door. If they're outside, it sounds like they're in your rig with you! Overall very nice, clean park with good amenities.
Nice little park! Great owners. The spaces are not too close together and they have good clean bathrooms!
We've stayed in easily over 100 different campgrounds in our careers as campers. Camping and rv-ing is our main hobby as campers. We run an rv side-hustle for fun so when we say we are experts you can trust us! This campground is a hands down member of our top ten. We picked it for a one night stay as a basecamp for our exploration of Crater Lake National Park. What a great decision! The owners are a delightful young couple who have absolutely taken this gem and polished it to a high shine. The sites are fairly well spaced, the layout is easy to navigate, and the facilities are neat and tidy. While here, we were able to take in a Vinyasa Yoga class on our departure morning. What a great idea to unravel our road-weary joints! In addition to everything else their free wifi was excellent! A first experience for us! We highly recommend you go out of your way to visit here!
