The owners here a very nice. They own the business but not the property. They are only on a year to year lease and are afraid to invest much in the infrastructure. Restrooms and out buildings are marginal at best. There are shaded sites. Many long term tenants and workers here. We stayed here for a month a few years ago with no problems.

Great views. Nice refreshing pool. Good hub for Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Cute town. Facilities could use a refresh though.

| More permanent than camping

We were charged $34 for one night stay. FHU & 30 amp. The electric pole was so short when it rained our surge protector was wet from having to be on the ground. The lady in the office was of no help in answering questions.

Stayed two years ago. Same lady checking you in, same surly chip on shoulder attitude. Comments and language.... wow. Many long term tenants with bad looking rigs. General campground is not maintained. 3 of four 30 amp circuits have reverse polarity. I asked about laundry Manager replies “if your laundry is in there at 8 you have to come back the next day to get it out.” The maintenance man he led the first plug with a com, but didn’t seem to know consequences of reversed polarity. I personally checked others. Manager was really put out. Won’t stay here again

| Just arrived

I called a few hours earlier to make a reservation. The man on the phone was certainly pleasant. Upon arrival there was a very pleasant woman behind the desk. I haven’t checked out the facilities but the power pedestal looks new and the power passed my EMS test. Air conditioner is running. I’ve got trees and a nice view. I’m happy so far. Oh! And the temperature is so much better than on the drive up here.

Super friendly staff. They are in the middle of doing some remodeling. The showers are a little small, but everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

| Nice but dated

Staff is very friendly and informative. Gravel roads and sites. Our site was fairly wide, however was way out of level. I was unable to completely level our coach. So far The electricity has been adequate, our EMS passed it OK. The meter read 121 on both legs of the 50 amp service, however when a motorhome parked in the next spot and connected to the same pedestal, one of the legs of 50 amp dropped to 115 V. Another MH came in and they could not get any of the sites to produce 50 amps. They also had trouble leveling. supposedly the Park is under new ownership and new owners are doing a lot of work. The electric power situation needs to be addressed and the sites need to be level. Also the full time residents walk right through your site.

Left campsite in forest service dispersed camping near Jacobs lake Az needed to do laundry and dump, refill water. This is a clean, quiet campground. Very friendly help. Fairly large sites and nice laundry facility. Would definitely stop here again.
