Spent 5 nights here at Passport America rate of $24 with full hookups. Very nice part, level sites, quiet, clean. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Great Smokey Mountain National Park.

| Nice!

This is a nice place to stay to see the sights and the creek side sites are especially nice. Don't stay near the street unless you don't mind traffic noise! Sites are a little close but not bad for the area. If you stay on the creek sites you may need a sewer extension hose since the hookup is behind the sites. Trolley runs through the park for easy access to the attractions and shopping. Friendly and helpful owners too!

| Nice for the area, but not great for dog owners!

By user-5858017... on 2017-10-23.

I would have given a 5 star, except there is no place to walk your dog other than your minuscule patch of grass or your neighbor's patch. The "dog walk" by the creek is inaccessible unless you go through someone else's lot AND don't mind the steep inclines. That said, the bathrooms are nice and clean...but there is only one bathhouse. There are two areas in this campground...the main area and a smaller area at the end of the park that has a few pull throughs. Wifi is good in the smaller area....but you are farther from the bathhouse. TV is good. Sites are a bit tight throughout the park, but you can use your awning and each site has a cement patio and picnic table. Sites around the outside of the park have a fire ring....but not pull through sites. They do offer Good Sams, military and (sometimes) Passport discounts. We would return here except with two small dogs and no place to walk them, we would search elsewhere first. We camped in a fifth wheel.

| Nice,clean campground

We spent three nights along the creek. The campground and bath house was very clean. The pool was clean and felt wonderful. We were far enough away to escape the crazy traffic of downtown but close enough to be anywhere within minutes. Wifi was spotty and you need your own supplies for cable but would not even look for another campground. This was just perfect.

| Very Nice Park

By user-5554405... on 2017-10-23.

We spent 5 days here and had a very pleasant stay. Nice well kept, quiet park. Great wifi and cable tv. In 41 ft motorhome with toad and had no problems getting in or out although the road is narrow.

| Great park

We came in the back way thanks to our gps, when we arrived at the park I thought we were in the middle of no were. The next day we took off for pigeon forge and it turned out we were only blocks away. We will stay here again...

| Not to bad

They have a dog run along the creek that is not easy to get to unless you cross someones camp site. Cable TV is good for a camp ground but forget about wifi, they have it but it is so weak you cannot connect unless you are with in an arms length of the antenna. Sites are close, a little to close together. One good note is the trolley comes though on a schedule so there is i=no need to drive into the town

Very nice clean and quiet park. Bathrooms clean and nice hot water. Will stay again!

| Be aware that....

I was in interested in staying here, but decided otherwise. This campground first gave me a Passport America rate and the next minute they said that the PA rate was not available. Also, the rates seem to be higher that the ones described above, and if you look on their website, they have a $30 charge for cancellations!

| Great Place to Stay

By user-4900249... on 2017-10-23.

This is a nice family style campground. It is located adjacent to a river/creek and. Is centrally located in Pigeon Forge. The sites have cement patios, picnic tables, and fire rings on each site. The bath house is very clean and air conditioned. We stayed along the river/creek and recommend calling office to see if your camper will fit on the site. Some sites will accept 40 foot campers others won't. Overall I would rate this as a place to return to. The office staff was very friendly and there is a trolley services that runs through the park into downtown. We stayed here in a 5th wheel.

We stayed here for the July 4th holiday. Small RV park. Clean and well kept. Great location if you plan on visiting Pigeon Forge. My only complaint is the spot I was assigned was too small for my coach. Not enough space to open my slides without standing on the picnic table and lifting up the tree branches. Otherwise very nice place.

| Do not use GPS...!

By user-5771461... on 2017-10-23.

This is a nice park but if you use GPS to get there it might try to take you off hwy 321 and those are the narrowest roads in Tennessee...! You have been warned...

| Great park

We stayed 3 nights in our 32’ fifth wheel. Plenty of space in our site (103). Good cable. Concrete patio area. WiFi was non existent at our site. Otherwise very nice place to stay. Would stay again.

| Trickle, trickle

Stayed there last 2 nights. Aug 12-14 2018. No frills, fairly clean park, cig butts all over the place, in fire rings, on pad The trickle, trickle is in reference to the showers, exceptionally clean but water pressure was just that, trickle, trickle.

| Nice park, Friendly people

The owners really take care of this park and keep it pristine while also making us feel welcome. This is our go-to park when in Pigeon Forge.

By user-4568545... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2018-09-23 to 2018-09-24

Owners were very friendly but I had told them I had a 45ft class A with 4 slides and was towing a F-150. All of their pull through sites were already reserved so we went ahead and accepted a back in site. When I arrived and backed in I couldn't open the slides on the drivers side because of trees. Had to pull out and back in half on their concrete patio slab. Site's are tight. It's a convenient location but I don't think we'll go back.

| WiFi slow small lots

By user-6195287... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-04-12 to 2019-04-17

Staff helpful. Good location. We just left the park 4 nights. WiFi slow (1.5 X 0.7 ) really bad in eveningtime (typical). Weak signal but was useable for email etc. NO FIREARM POLICY. (Dont worry they will protect you). You will need a non standard sewer adaptor (rubber dohnut). Also bring an extension AC cord as they put it far from the left rear of a typical RV hookup. No idea why. Wierd.

Super friendly stuff. Nice comfortable, and convenient location close to everything. Acceptble Wifi. Very quiet. Bathrooms are super clean. We look forward returning.
