We were going to stay one nite but changed it. Would love to stay longer. Right on the river. A good wading river. We will be back. Office staff was great. Grounds, bath houses (6) were neat and clean. Nice laundry community area. For my first time. I am so happy we picked this. Site.

| Nasty People

Stay in this area several times a year. Tried this campground. Heavy rain the place is under water. But management are as nasty as they get. Maybe when the OLD lady tips over the place may pass to someone that cares about their customers. Would NEVER stay again when the other two local campgrounds are a nice alternative.

| Wonderful RV Resort

By user-4827547... on 2017-10-23.

Loved our stay here! Staff us very friendly and ready to assist. Bath House and recreation room/laundry room are immaculate!!! Best we have ever seen! Only two drawbacks but not enough to give less than 5 stars. First is it can get very crowded her and depending on your site and size of rig you may have a hard time backing in or pulling out. We had a creek side #47 which is very nice. Second thing is people and their pets cross over your site at the creek side. I paid for a premium site and had to remind people to pick up after their pets. I also had people come around the back corner of our RV to take a short cut to the creek. I didn't mind when they asked first. Overall...will definitely go back!

| Quiet With Country Charm

We stayed here for ten days in early March 2018 in a 32'TT. Pull thru site. FHU. Very level, gravel. Great cable reception with lots of channels and one of the BEST Wi-Fi connections we've experienced on our 10 month journey across the USA. Staff is exceptionally accommodating, friendly and helpful.. Free coffee in the office.☕ Extremely quiet at night. Lots of frogs as a creek/river runs behind some of the sites. Beautiful area. Smokies, Maggie's Valley, Cataloochee,  Waynesville, Asheville nearby. Bathhouse ~ 5 Hooks out of 5 Hooks Private batbrooms with shower. Extremely clean. Decorated like a home/cabin. Will stay here again if in the area!!!

| Nice place

Well kept, quiet spot. A creek runs along the back of park. Too bad we were only there for one night as we were passing through. Their pull throughs are 2 sites back to back. Easy access into and out of park with a 37 motorhome plus toad. Nice personal and even got a escort to site. Would stay again.

| Favorite rv Park ever!

By user-6620284... on 2019-08-09.

We travel full time and this is hands down our favorite rv Park ever. It is immaculate and extremely clean. The landscaping is well done and the entire place feels a step above anything else in the area. Friendly staff, large roomy sites, and a gorgeous location. Love this place and will definitely come back!

| Top flight rv Park!

This park is the image of cleanliness and convenience that we would offer if we ran an rv Park! Beautiful location, spacious sites, and immaculate restrooms and laundry! Off-season price was very reasonable. Pulled in for one night, but decided to stay a few more. The people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful. They will treat you right! Propane and ice, nice gift shop. Don t miss it!

| Exceptional!

We were in FL for the winter and are working our way back to OH. Stayed overnight in this charming park. We enjoyed it so much, that we're considering coming here for a Fall camping trip. Staff in office are kind, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Easy access and level sites. We have a 42 ft toy hauler and a long bed dually. 6 private bathrooms/showers that were spacious, well designed, and so clean. A creek runs around the campground. Lots of charming touches including small white lights on the entry fence and around the office at night. If in area, eat at Haywood Smokehouse. Some of the best bbq we've ever tasted!

| Great park in the Smokies

By user-4776489... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-04-29 to 2019-04-30

Just a fabulous small park right off I 40 in Waynesville, NC in the Smokies. Really helpful staff, super clean everything, and beautiful setting. Sites are gravel and grass, quite level. Hookups are easily accessible. Fast on and off to I40 but not too much road noise. Beautiful creek runs through the park. Would absolutely stay there again.
