Sites are fairly wide and decently level. Power is reliable and water pressure is good. Views are fantastic. One thing to be aware of is the width of the driveways between campsite rows is pretty narrow. Be aware of the swing of your camper as it can be a tight fit getting in or out if others are parked in front of or behind your spot.
This park is settled into the side of a gently slopping hill that offers great views of the valley below. We explored Cripple Creek and Victor, both close by. The owners maintain the showers, restrooms and laundry room in immaculate condition! The sights are wide and fairly level. We found this to be the best RV Park in the area.
The park is well maintained and tidy. The restrooms and laundry are above average. They have propane grills just outside of the laundry which is a nice touch. The park is not so overpriced as most of the KOA parks in Colorado. It is a short scenic drive to Royal Gorge and much cooler at 10,000 feet.
