This is a awesome rv park.very friendly owners with great service.they do allow older rvs and travel trailers as long as they are in good condition.no tarps on roof,missing windows you have seen these.i camp here in a 1980 classic winnebago travel trailer which is in new condition.every site has electricity,water,sewer,some sites in the open some are in the shade.in a great location in walking distance to ky lake or historic downtown grandrivers home of patties restaurant.just 3 mile drive to land between the lakes national forest.
