The owner was great. Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Will for sure stay again.

Beautiful campground, immaculate and well maintained. Lots of grassy areas to walk dogs. Laundromat was immaculate with two washers and two dryers. Pond. Planned activities. Owners are super nice and hard workers. Great reception for our Dish TV and AT&T cell phones. There are a lot of seasonal RVers spending the summer there but they are nicer motor homes and campers. Plenty of sites available for overnighters. Will stay here again.
If traveling I-35 through Minnesota make it a stop. Clean smaller RV Park with clean fresh restrooms and laundry. Easy on off Interstate access. Owners were on site answering questions we had. People were friendly and laid-back. Open areas to walk our dog. 15 miles north of I-90 they do not take credit card just cash your check.
This little park is a diamond in the rough. Some of the infrastructure is still under construction and most of the newly planted trees are still small. The sites are large, level, gravel covered as are the roads until they are paved. More green space between sites than usual for a private park. Everything in the park is impeccably clean and landscaped. Sites on the south side back up to a beautiful lake with a walking path around it. FHU, WiFi, OTA TV. Right next to I-35, but the noise was not excessive and a strong cell signal. No shopping or restaurants nearby, but Albert Lea is only 20 minutes south on I-35 for Walmart and restaurants. Price is very reasonable and they prefer check or cash. Only reason for a 4 star is the ongoing construction. Once they are done and the trees mature, this will be a 5 star park if they maintain their current standards. We would definitely stay again if we are by that way.
We have had a seasonal here for 2 years now. Great access. Easy to get in and out of sites. Very quiet. Spacious, level, dry sites. Plenty of room between units. Full hookups work perfectly. Owners are always on site. They are very nice people and work very hard to maintain and improve the park. We wouldn't consider anywhere else in the area.
Beautiful little park! Lots of trees and new plantings, spacious level sites with full hook-ups. Bath house is brand new. Lovely pond with a walking trail around it. Easy access from interstate, but very quiet and restful. Owners are very nice!
