Internet didn't work. Customer service was terrible. Site was way to small, we couldn't open our awning on a 21 foot trailer. Next to a busy highway with loud traffic all night. Packed 3 RV'S right next to each other when the rest of the park was empty. Will charge you extra for using your air conditioning.
What a wonderful place!!! This is a campground that is under new ownership for the past month. I have to admit that I was hesitant to stop by and check for availability based on the lack of people there. I am SOO happy that we stopped!! The new owners are amazing people. They exceeded my customer service expectations by leaps and bounds! If you know me, that is saying a lot about them right there!! Facilities: Showers: amazingly clean!! Laundry: very nice AND affordable!! That is a rarity to find now a days! Pool: nice outdoor accommodations and a clean pool! Camp Sites: At first you think they look small but once your parked and set up, no issues at all. Playground: I don't have any children at home anymore, but the play area for the kids is great! There is nothing fancy or electronic at the grounds, just good ole' fashioned fun!! Folks, give the new owners a chance to share with you how wonderful they are! You will have one of the best times ever staying here!! We will be returning in a couple of months.
Driving by and noticed it was no longer open for business. Shame b/c it could be nice if done right.
We stayed here in 2012. We were towing a 32' 5er. The interior roads were dangerous... They originally put is in a spot that would have been almost impossible for a popup. We were traveling with another couple who were towing a big 5er as well. We ended up at the bottom of the hill among several other big rigs. We were so close we could hear the people talking in the next trailer. It's no longer open... It could be a nice park but not for big rigs.
I'm taking one star off because of the sites being so unlevel but the new owners are really working hard to correct these issues. It took us a while to get semi level. They had a lot of rain before we got there and our site was 'soft". The front jack kept sinking in the ground overnight. The roads are steep into the campground. some of the turns are tight and we could see where tress had been scraped by RV's. There are two sets of showers/bathrooms and laundry rooms. Both sets were spotless. There are pull through sites up by the front office but very close to the road so you would here the noise all night. We were further down in the campground so noise was not an issue other than another camper that seemed to be having an issue with her husband. I really hope the new owners can make this place a great one again. I wish them luck.
Absolutes no complaints! Loved the location! We could see crazy horse from our campsite. Wifi came in great! The laundry, bath facilities were clean and the staff very helpful. So economical also.
Came by for dump and fill, they charged $15
Good price. Good location. We stayed in top area of RV area near bathrooms. Bathrooms & laundry both very clean. Owners very hospitable. Clean & tidy grounds overall. Would stay here again.
