Not a friendly place. No shade. Lots of places nearby that are much better. Seminole or Cypress Woods are much friendlier.

Small sites pushy to try and get you to buy. Talk to several people who own lots and are not happy with their decisions. Not a friendly place to be. Will not go back.

Really liked location, 35 minutes from beach, not in a busy area, close to I-75, clean friendly classy place. Couldn’t tell the difference between a owner and a renter, everyone was nice and helpful. Not pushy to purchase a lot. We ended up buying a lot after feeling so welcomed and love being so close to the Gulf.

We stayed here for two nights while getting service nearby. I called the office to make reservations and inquire about any discounts, but never received a call back. I eventually made our reservation online as this was the closest RV park to our service provider. We were met at the gate and led to our site by a very nice work camper. The site was a pull in on the smaller of the two lakes and was easy to pull in to. There was no WIFI at the site as advertised. Apparently you have to get a modem from the office. This information was not relayed to us so we did without WIFI. There was cable at the site, but we used our satellite. The roads are all asphalt and the sites are all concreted or paved. The park is nicely laid out with side walks making the roads a bit wider. This is off season so the park was very quiet. We did hear the highway in the morning and afternoons for rush hour. When leaving there was no place to hook up our two vehicle so we hooked up on the road we were on. Very easy to navigate backing out of our lot, hooking up, and navigating to exit the park.
