We really enjoyed our time here, we booked our return trip already. Staff very friendly, location well kept. You can tell they care and want to keep you happy. I highly recommend it.

Fun Park, a little pricey

The park is in a weird location, but it has great amenities. The pool was awesome, the bathrooms were decent, and the laundry room had lots of washers/dryers. We stayed right across from the playground. The sites are very close together, but that just gave us a reason to get to know the neighbors. There were workers constantly monitoring by golf cart and they lead you to your spot. They also have a dog area. Honestly, the only negatives were the closeness of other trailers and the price. Everything else was nice.

Nice park. Facilities are adequate and the ones I used were clean (pool area, laundry). Hook ups were all functional and we'll placed. Sites are not huge but adequate for my 42 foot Toy Hauler. Entrance to park is rediculous. You can only get in from one direction as the other is blocked by a median. Rules do not seem to be enforced. I saw a least one violation of just about every rule on the list. Indoor furniture and cabinets I parking area, pet pens, unattended staked out dogs, utility trailers (open bed) stored in park, etc... Now these items did not particularly impact my stay hence the title Almost Great.

VERY friendly and helpful staff. The park is clean, and efficient. It is a touch difficult to get to, because it is RIGHT IN TOWN, and behind a mall, but that puts you right next to all the restaurants, stores, etc.
Surprisingly quiet, considering the location. Yes, we could hear the full-timers leaving for work in the morning, but no highway noise. No trains.
Has GREAT facilities, and if you have no trailer, or want friends to visit, they have cool little log cabins right in the middle.

People are friendly. The pool is nice and clean so is the laundry. The park is well maintained. Big sites easy for large rig. It costs 62.00 per night.

This likely was a nice park 35 years ago. Now Arlington has grown up around and swallowed it. The street it is on is extremely busy, especially on Sunday afternoon during football season. Locals are not friendly to motorhomes on the road and make driving to this park very difficult. It takes a hard right turn in heavy unfriendly traffic to enter the park, then a metal fence with narrow gate require very slow and careful driving to enter. Once inside you find mostly permanent residents crowded in together working on their motorcycles outside their motorhome. Most of these rvs have not been started in a long time. I doubt they could be run without a lot of work. You will be squeezed in with them wherever is available.

Nice folks on the phone- came in after hours- welcome packet with gate code was exactly how she said it would be-only negative is that depending upon which way you come into the park You have to do a U-turn was difficult with large rig towing trailer- also lots of full time residents with lots of stuff when it was time to pull out had to do so carefully to avoid stuff in their yard- would stay again if passing through

Thought I was getting a Deluxe not so I asked if I could move to a premium Deluxe that's what they call them said they were full so I asked if I could move so I could put out my awning and my satellite dish they got very very upset he did move us wasn't pleasant would never stay there again and for being full when we left the premium Deluxe were still empty for a KOA they are not customer orientated

When you have a KOA Holiday designation, and charge a premium for it, you should have laundry, recreation and proper shower and washroom facilities. Right now they are all under renovations. I understand that this work needs to be done from time to time, but advance notice and a discount should be given.

Great sites and a nice park in an urban environment

We spent three nights here and enjoyed it. It's a little far from Dallas proper, but the sites are nice, pool is in good shape, and we felt like it was a safe campground to be in the middle of Arlington. We would stay here again.

Surprise gem.

We stayed here on the way home to visit friends and an RV dealer in Fort Worth. As we were driving to the CG, we were dismayed by the surrounding area, very business and industrial. We also almost missed the turn into the KOA. Boy, were we surprised when we were escorted to our site!! It's like a little oasis in the middle of the city. The sites are not huge, but adequately wooded and level. Most are pull through, nice if you don't want to unhook. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The store is small, and typical of a camp store. I would definitely recommend this if you are in the D/FW area. Easy access to highways and attractions, also.
