Reviews for Dallas Hi-Ho RV Park

Basically a trailer park. Think most of the residents live there full time. When we checked in the man was sitting around the table with his buddies playing a game. Never got up, just told us where to park and that was it. His shirt did say "I'm not lazy, I just enjoy doing nothing". Park was quite. Neighbors seemed nice. There's no picnic bench or firepits. Basically a place to park for the night. Showers are big. Bathrooms smelled old and dirty, mixed with a little bit of cleaner smell. If you can get over that, you'll be fine. Shower felt nice considering the last few showers I've had with no water pressure. For the night we paid $29.

Yes, go Cedar Hill State Park (355 campgrounds) instead.

Little! Ok for over night, maybe. Got stuck here 3 weeks and boy it was very cramped. Play area was rusty metal things. Some very shady people, and illegal things going on.

Quiet, well kept RV park. Searched many places. They all only allowed newer coaches. This one doesn't care what age the rig is. They want it in descent to nice shape. After being told by a few facilities that it has to be 10 years old or newer. (2019) So 2003 and up is ok... New Math... Friendly staff. Weekend guy is fun. Weekday staff are great. Maintenance guy on site. Park spaces are great. Shade trees on all regular lots. Been threw a few storms and zero damage so far. Wifi can get spotty. Their provider is offsite so they can't tell and do not correct issues. Xboxes are killing it at times. Overall it works well. Electric - provided short term, extra long term. Good and stabile. Monitored and hasn't fluctuated yet. Propane is delivered weekly/bi-weekly to motorcoach. Bring your tanks and they are filled up front. Delivery date is posted, just let office know what you need and it happens. Water pressure is good. Not high pressure. I use a regulator just because. Filter recommended. Old pipes you can taste. Sewer hook ups that work! Dumpsters that are emptied when they need it. For the money? Great place to stay. Highly recommended
