The park was very clean, manager was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this park. The only negative point we found was the WiFI was very weak while we were there.

I stay here every year when Im in Las Cruces, . Quiet, Pleasant, Close to local dinor, walmart etc. Manager is great. Price is right. Newly upgraded electric, City water is good. Bogarts RV Repair shop an B/G auto service place next door. My winter home for three yrs so far..

Nice park, Very clean, small and very comfortable.

The ratings are not truthful. There was no one in the office. We arrived at 3. The manager came over and asked if she could help. Said we had reservations.Was given a space and told it is cash or check only. Had to unhook our car and look for ATM. Was going to leave but she really wanted us to stay. We were not given information about park, bathroom door code, no cable, no wifi info, train noise, no credit cards. Was very poor service
