What a gem for those just traveling through or vacationers. The staff are friendly and understand any concerns first hand as they are tenants as well. There's more than enough space to even compete with locals homesteading. Facilities are immaculate and spots are spaced generously to maintain privacy. Plan ahead for holiday vacations as it gets filled quick. Highly recommended.
Great spot. Long and wide spots with concrete pads and full hookups. Host super friendly. Area is well maintained with a few of the sites on the lake but all are close. Definitely worth checking out.
Not bad at all, the only complaint would be that alot of regulars stay here and they know how to work the camping schedule so that it's almost impossible to get a reservation for a site....we had a fellow camper tell us they book two weeks prior to the real days they want and then cancel... plan accordingly if you want to stay here
Highly recommend! very clean restrooms and showers. beautiful, LARGE, campspots. We drove in without reservations and got a great site. If you have one of the national senior passes it's half off, so a great deal. Nice location for a short walk to the sailboat Pier too. Walmart & McDonald's close by.
Our first time at this lake. Attendant gave us a couple of choices, one being on the lake. So this is where we parked. Fantastic view! We were close to the shower house and it was very well kept. We have a big rig and it worked great, easy parking with some shade (trees not an issue) and we took a site with only electric. They do have some full hookups. Here is a dump station on site.
