This a good overnight park and the price is right. When we stayed 30 amp was $18 & 50 amp $19. Very sandy/dusty it does have concrete patios. Cargo trains run nearby often. Register at Travel Center when you exit I-8.
$18 for 30 amp spot, the place was pretty empty. Check in at the Texaco after 10 pm. Would stay here again!
Just off the road in Dateland. Register at the gift shop before parking. Old concrete pads, quiet spot. Great for overnight, there were a couple people there for longer. Great price at 19.00 for full hook up 50 amp, 30 was 15.00! Did have laundry and bathrooms. Cargo trains go by about every hour, this is a noise free zone, so no train horns, but they can get loud going by. We didn t mind, and slept through the night! Gift shop has date shakes, pizza, convenience store. Nice little place!
Can t beat the price for this little gem. Everything you need, some shade, easy in/out, and the best date shakes you ll ever taste from the travel center!
