This is a wonderful privately owned park. Prices are very reasonable and the owner is great to deal with. The location is excellent, as well, if you want to be put and away from the maddening crowd!

| A little tight but well worth it

It was just a one night stay but the park was extremely well maintained, laundry and showers were beyond clean. We would stay there again with no hesitation for a one or two night stay on our trips going north.

Perfect place for stop between Oregon and California on the 395. Very quiet and clean. Well maintained and clean laundry room. We enjoyed our 1 night stay.

We stayed here for awhile, reasonable prices for monthly fee. Laundry and bathrooms beyond clean, dog park is decent size. Well kept.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this park just outside of Susanville. The owners are great and the park is everything we look for. Very clean, well kept and clean modern restrooms. we pull a travel trailer and our combined length is 53 . We were able to park hooked up and still had additional room in our space. The best RV park in the area for sure.

| Two Night Stay

This place is awesome. My wife and I were traveling from Oregon to northern California to visit family. We stopped here for two nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The park has full hookups with 50 amps and the sites are large enough to accommodate our pickup and 40 foot fifth wheel trailer, with room to spare. The place is clean inside and out and they have a small store in the office that stocks RV supplies. They have a dog run for our four legged friends where they can run and sniff while being off of their leashes. The people who own it and manage it are extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back in the future and look forward to our stay.
